It can be done in 51, but that is not the optimal solution. It is generally the first solution which comes to the mind of an IT person, or so I am told 😉
I know, Harsh – I was one of those who answered it there, remember (you had tagged me, if I am not mistaken!)? I answered very briefly there, so someone on PG asked me to do it in more detail as a blog post….since I was anyway doing a series on puzzles I included it 🙂
