Knowing chess in any depth is usually not needed, you just have to know the size of the board and the basic moves. I will post a bunch of questions which should help you get a feel of the kind of stuff that could come, and discuss one actual set from CAT 17.
Hi. Can you please do a post for the total number of squares and rectangles in an M x N board? I’ve seen the entire PnC topic, but the squares and rectangles for a M x M board is covered, while question setters in aimcats are killing us with M x N variant.
