where is the negative value of x?? the basic form of a quadratic equation is x^2 -(a+b)x + a*b = 0 ; where ‘a’ and ‘b’ are the roots and a*b is the product of their multiplication. In question 4, the roots and +2 and +3 ( not negative). Reply

But in question 4, x cannot take negative value ..so we have no solution. Right?
