You can if you wish, but a simple application of proportion should suffice to solve this as just two parameters. 1/10th the people and 1/10th the time so 1/100th the food.
Sir we can also say that if 200 Soldier eat 10 ton of food in 200 days therefore 20 soldier eat 1 tone of food in 10 days hence 20 soldier eat 2 ton of food in 20 days, is this correct?

No. Where did you get 10 days? 20 soldiers will eat 1 tonne in 200 days only. Think of it as a real life scenario.
